Multi-Media Fiber Artist
Welcome and thank you for your interest in my work. I enjoy touching the lives of others through my creations, so I hope that this site will provide you with a comprehensive look into my own grasp of imagination and art perception.
I conduct workshops, sell and exhibit my work throughout the US. With a continuous specialty in rib construction and sculptural basketry, my range of work has developed over the years to also include jewelry, metals and beadwork. I teach at Arrowmont, John C Campbell folk school, Convergence, Bead and Button, Association of Michigan Basket Makers, fiber conferences, bead societies, basket guilds and state basket conferences.
I have had my projects and work published in several magazine publications, including, Beadwork, Bead and Button, Art Jewelry, Shuttle Spindle and Dyepot and Basketbits.
I have written a book, Fabulous Woven Jewelry, through Lark/Sterling publishers, which showcases my fiber, woven and metal jewelry; and I am delighted to announce that it is now available.
